Traveling as a vegan . . .

When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm traveling. And as much as I love exploring the world, my body tends to suffer. After several weeks abroad, I typically wind up bloated and constipated, regardless of all the senna leaf and flax seed I travel with. To the majority of the world, plant-based diets are just bizarre - and the closer to a vegan diet that you adhere, the more difficult it is to find restaurants that can accommodate you. Slowly, throughout my tour of the world, I have started to compile a list of vegan friendly restaurants and food hacks that I've stumbled upon. Hopefully my explorations will make it easier for you to enjoy traveling without neglecting your body.

Unfortunately I have yet to visit country (or every restaurant!) - so please add any additional recommendations I may have missed!
