Personal Chef Service

I offer healthy and gourmet meal preparation, individually tailored to your tastes and preferences.
All menus are strictly plant-based, but can be adjusted for your health goals (eg. whole grain, oil-free cooking, organic produce, etc.).  After meeting with you to discuss menu options and dietary restrictions, I prepare vegan meals in your kitchen so that you may enjoy the benefits of plant-based nutrition without the hassle.

In order to alleviate these barriers, I chose to offer reduced fee services on a limited basis. A set number of slots are available to assist those who would like to work with me but are unable to afford the full rate.

How it works

I specialize in nutritionally balanced, plant-based meals that promote health and/or address specific health goals - including diabetes management, weight loss, hypertension, and allergen avoidance. Each meal is customized for your taste and made with the freshest ingredients available.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Our initial meeting, during which time I will get to know you, your health concerns, and your taste preferences.
Step 2: Menu Development
After our face to face meeting, I will develop a list of menu items for you to chose from. You can then select your favorite items and discuss possible substitutions.
Step 3: Meal Preparation and Delivery
I will do the grocery shopping and then spend a few hours preparing the meal in your kitchen, during which time you are free to go out or be at home. Each dish will be left with specific serving and heating instructions and can be packaged either family style or as individual servings.
You are left with a spotless kitchen, a happy family, and a night (or week!) of healthy, hassle-free meals!
To keep the food as fresh as possible, I offer a maximum of 3 days of food preparation at once. If you chose to purchase more than 3 meals/week I will return to your house for a second round of meal prep. If you don't have a full kitchen (or would prefer me not to be in the house) I am also happy to prepare the meals in my non-commercial kitchen and deliver them to you.
With each visit I gain a better understanding of your family's food preferences and can continue to fine-tune the meals that excite your palate!

Pricing

Each meal includes a large entrée (e.g. a bed of quinoa topped with a variety of vegetables and a delicious, homemade sauce) or a smaller entree with at least one side. Desserts are available for an upcharge.

Want to take advantage of discount pricing but live alone? Team up with friends or colleagues! I am happy to individually package food so that sharing is easy!
